Squadgifts - Sigma Alpha Epsilon & Kappa Delta Pumpkin Patch shirt

We’re going to call that red circle on the Sigma Alpha Epsilon & Kappa Delta Pumpkin Patch shirt Apart from…,I will love this left 1a — but in order to turn the value of 1a from the greyscale image into the color image we need to figure out what the color SHOULD be in the color image — we’ll call that 1b. For example I know that the US army uniforms were a drab beige during WW2. So NOW I have an assumed correlation between 1a and 1b — and can tell the computer so. The computer can then use that as a starting point to colorize the rest of the image. One point usually isn’t enough — as you can see here the value of the sky and the value of the uniform are similar — but we all know for a fact that the sky is not beige. Unless we tell the computer this we are going to end up with a sepia toned To help the computer along I can give it other points of reference — such at the color of his eyes or the color of his skin. The more assumed correlations I provide the computer the more accurate the colorization will be. (Sometimes you need to break the image up into different masks and layers.)

I am not a colorist — and don’t claim to be. Colorists are highly specialized craftspersons within the Sigma Alpha Epsilon & Kappa Delta Pumpkin Patch shirt Apart from…,I will love this mastering field — but this is the basic gist of the process be it for photographs or for motion pictures. Producers tried to make both sound movies and color movies almost from day one. They knew the basic process of RGB where a color filter would pass light in one color and block it in another (red filters make blues black or dark gray). But they couldn’t manager to do all three. Many tried with RED and BLUE filters on the camera and on the projector. This required the theater to buy a rotating RED and BLUE filter disk and install it on their projector or buy a color project. This also only gave half-the picture, much like the read and cyan filters used to 3D movies. The idea was to momentarily flash a blue image and follow that with a red image and your brain/eye fused them together to create a pastel color.
