It’s difficult for a president to get into the Original guns N’ Roses North America AAA Shirt in addition I really love this “best ever” categories when his whole time in office has been swimming through molasses. He’s certainly one of the smartest, most calm and judicious, and most humane presidents we’ve ever had, and so far as his intelligence and character go I would put him near the very top. But his achievements have depended on Congress and therefore he has not been able to live up to his promise. I’m not sure he’s one of the best ever, but he’s clearly not one of the worst ever. By pretty much every metric, Obama has been a better-than-average president. The economy has improved markedly, we’ve ended one war and significantly scaled back another. The Affordable Care Act will, I think, end up being a major step forward for our nation, once the dust settles. There is also the gay marriage ruling, which while not directly tied to Obama, he certainly pushed for. He ended don’t ask don’t tell and has pushed for greater inclusion of the LGBTQ community in all branches of the government and military. Add to this the fact that Obama has been involved in no scandals and there have been no major blunders in his presidency, and you are left with only one conclusion: Mr. Obama is clearly above average.

History will tell if he’s in the Original guns N’ Roses North America AAA Shirt in addition I really love this upper echelon of presidents – I suspect he will be. Normalizing relations with Cuba and working toward a nuclear deal with … To be a great president, you need a great challenge. In the grand scheme of things, presidents are judged by the depth of their achievement against the scope of the challenge they faced. Lincoln and FDR are considered the greatest (with Washington rounding out the three “greats”) because they succeeded against the greatest challenges the country ever faced. Lincoln somehow kept the country together amidst a civil war that had been brewing since the nation’s founding. Roosevelt both saw us through the greatest economic depression in our history and led us to victory in the greatest war in world history. Not only that but both men left lasting reforms that would forever improve the lives of the nation’s inhabitants — things like the thirteenth amendment which ended slavery and Social Security which ended poverty among the elderly.
