Well clearly Jacare is a very skilled fighter who on any given night if the right things fell into place, then he would be champion. He did just beat Chris Weidman, the former middleweight champion. But he has fought the current champion Mr. Whitaker already and lost and Im not sure he has what it takes to beat Mr. Whitaker.
