This is the facts of life. You see by the time you realize what’s going on you’re screwed and you don’t have much of a hope anymore. The sad thing is they’ll all push accountability onto you and you’ll be forced to take it yourself despite it being a group effort you’ll be the only one remotely responsible or accountable. And you’ll also be the one that gets to deal with the aftermath. Everybody else just carries on with their life shaking their head and pointing their finger at you. I used to be happy. Now I’m just a shell. Seems every 6 months is worse. It gets worse when you start getting hope and you actually start thinking that you have a future and then when it gets taken away that pretty much debilitates you because that disappointment is really a killer.
