I’m going to go with a city, but before you object it’s a city that dominates its state so thoroughly half the country forgets it’s even in a pretty big state: NYC. I’ve lived not just in 6 American cities but 5 foreign ones (should you prefer asians in general or Thais in particular then by all means come here to Bangkok), and it’s a blowout. California would definitely be second, beautiful girls all the way from the bay area down to San Diego and everywhere in between. So if I follow the rules California, but that’s not even really fair given its massive population and numerous large/huge cities. That said:
